A partir del volumen y características de la materia prima se analizó la potencia instalada en los equipos de sierra circular, se esquematizó la disposición de los equipos en la instalación y el flujo existente de las operaciones. Para la propuesta se calculó la velocidad de alimentación en metros/minutos, se definió al equipo cabecera y la distribución del resto del equipamiento. Resultado del nuevo flujo tecnológico, se obtienen reducciones del 55 % en la distancia recorrida por el trabajador, se incluyen dos nuevos equipos que mejoran la calidad del producto final y se define como potencia mínima 2,6 kW para las sierras circulares. The investigation values transformations in the current technological flow of the carpentry of the administrative unit of base industry Manzanillo. Considering the volume and characteristic of the construction matter, was analyzed the power installed in the equipment of circular saw, the disposition of the hardware in the installation and the existent flow of the operations was schematized. For the proposal the feeding speed was calculated in meters/minutes, it was defined the head equipment and the distribution for rest of the hardware. Result of the new technological flow, reductions of 55 % are obtained in the distance covered by the worker, two new equipment are included that improve the quality of the final product and it is defined as minimum power 2,6 kW for the circular saws.
