Influencia de variables ambientales sobre la vegetación acompañante de Abarema maestrensis (Urb.) Bässler en La Platica, Parque Nacional Turquino Influence of environmental variables on the accompanying vegetation de Abarema maestrensis (Urb.) Bässler in The Platica, National Park Turquino Puig-Pérez, Alain Rodríguez-Fonseca, José L. López-Martell, Andrés Molina-Pelegrín, Yenia Sosa-López, Adonis Abarema maestrensis Abarema maestrensis La investigación se realizó en la Unidad Zonal de Conservación La Platica, Parque Nacional Turquino, en 2015, con el objetivo de determinar la influencia de las variables ambientales sobre la vegetación asociada a la especie de Abarema maestrensis (sabicú de la Maestra). Se establecieron 18 transectos de 150 m2. Se tomaron datos de las variables ambientales altitud, pendiente, exposición, así como la riqueza y número de individuos. Se realizó un análisis de Correspondencia sin Tendencia. A través de este resultado se concibió un Análisis de Redundancia que explicó el patrón de ordenación de la comunidad y las variables fueron transformadas para comparar entre ellas. Las variables altitud y exposición marcaron la distribución de la vegetación, siendo Abarema maestrensis la especie más correlacionada con la altitud. El mayor agrupamiento de las especies se explicó en los ejes 1 y 2, obteniendo el 21 % de la variabilidad total. The investigation was carried out in the Zonal Unit of Conservation “La Platica” in the National Park Turquino during 2015, with the objective of determining the influence of the environmental variables on the vegetation associated to the species Abarema maestrensis (sabicú de la maestra). It was stablished 18 transect of 150 m2. The taking of data of the environmental variables altitude, slope, exhibition, wealth and individuals number was developed. It was carried out an analysis of Correspondence without Tendency, through this result an Analysis of Redundancy was conceived that the pattern of ordination of the community explained and the variables were transformed to compare among them. The variable altitude and exhibition marked the distribution of the vegetation being Abarema maestrensis the species more correlated with the altitude.
