Cedrela odorata L. forest genetics clonal repetitive Cuba Cedrela odorata L. genética forestal repetibilidad clonal Cuba Se presenta los resultados del estudio de repetibilidad clonal para las variables diámetro (1,30 m), altura total, altura comercial y volumen total con corteza a la edad de 39 años, realizado en el banco clonal de Cedrela odorata L., ubicado en la localidad La Escondida, Guisa, Granma. Fueron seleccionados los clones con un 70 % de supervivencia como mínimo, totalizando 32 de ellos. Las citadas variables de crecimiento se procesaron estadísticamente mediante un diseño completamente aleatorio, y se aplican los procedimientos de la genética cuantitativa clonal clásica, obteniéndose los siguientes valores de repetibilidad: R = 0,39; R = 0,80; R = 0,88 y R = 0,66 para la altura total, diámetro 1,30 m; altura comercial y volumen total con corteza, respectivamente, evidenciándose la existencia de un control genético fuerte para estas variables, con posibilidades de tener éxitos en la mejora genética de la especie para los rendimientos maderables. It is presented the results of the study of repetibilidad clonal for the variable diameter (1.30 m), total height, commercial height and total volume with bark to the 39 year-old age, carried out in the bank clonal of Cedrela odorata L., located in the town The Escondida, Guisa, Granma. The clones were selected with 70 % of survival like minimum, totalling 32 of them. Those mentioned variables of growth, were processed statistically by means of a Totally Random design, being applied the procedures of the genetics quantitative classic clonal, being obtained the following repetibilidad values: R = 0.39; R = 0.80; R = 0.88 and R = 0.66 for the total height, diámetro 1,30 m; commercial height and total volume with bark respectively. Being evidenced the existence of a strong genetic control for these variables, with possibilities of being successful in the genetic improvement of the species for the yields maderables.
