Bonilla-Vichot, Marta Pinegroves prescribed burns biological endemic spectrum Pinares quemas prescritas espectro biológico endémicos La investigación se desarrolló en un bosque natural mezclado de Pinus tropicalis Morelet y Pinus caribaea Morelet var. caribaea de la Estación Hidrológica Agroforestal Amistad, donde se evaluó la influencia de las quemas prescritas en la dinámica de la vegetación asociada en la subcuenca hidrográfica uno (Galalón). Para evaluar los efectos del fuego se consideraron varios parámetros ecológicos: la riqueza florística, modelo de abundancia e índice de diversidad (usando el índice del Shannon-Weaver), además de la forma de vida y estrategias reproductivas, considerando las plantas que se propagan por semillas, por rebrotes y ambas, obteniendo entre otros resultados, que el fuego no afectó considerablemente la estructura de la vegetación y la composición florística de los bosques mezclados. Tanto es así que un año después de la quema la diversidad no varió significativamente, y aumentó la presencia de endémicos y otras especies que no se encontraban antes de aplicar el fuego. The research was developed at the Forest Hydrological Station Amistad in Pinus tropicalis Morelet and Pinus caribaea var. caribaea blended natural forest. The influence of prescribed burns in the dynamics of the vegetation associated to Galalón hidrographic watershed. To evaluate the effects of the fire several ecological parameters were considered: floristic richness, abundance and index of diversity (using the index of Shannon-Weaver). Also, the form of life and reproductive strategies, considering plants spread by seeds, rebrotes and both. Obtaining as results that the fire didn’t affect the structure of the vegetation and the or floristic composition . One year later diversity did not vary significantly and the presence of endemic and other species increased.
