Productos forestales no maderables utilizados en los cultos afrocubanos y sus posibilidades en la generación de ingresos. Montalvo-Guerrero, Juan Miguel Parra-Caballero, Ediberto Nonwood Forest Products religion welfare economics Productos Forestales No Leñosos religión economía de bienestar A partir de un inventario florístico realizado en una finca forestal bajo sistema de manejo de forestería análoga se identifican los Productos Forestales No Maderables (PFNM) de utilización en el culto de la Regla Ocha, el más popular de los cultos afrocubanos practicados en Cuba, y se analizan determinados aspectos relacionados con su posible contribución económica. Se reporta en la finca la existencia de 14 categorías de PFNM de aplicación en el culto, estando mayormente representados las hojas, los palos, las raíces, las cortezas y el follaje. En el análisis de conglomerados de la información procesada se obtienen por similitud tres grupos de especies según los PFNM que se obtienen de ellas, lo que permite contar con elementos para diseñar el manejo diferenciado de cada grupo formado. Los resultados expresan las posibilidades productivas de la finca, la contribución a la generación de ingresos para el finquero y la satisfacción de necesidades de determinados grupos sociales en el contexto religioso. Starting from the vegetable inventory realized in a Forest Farm with management system of Analogue Forest, the Non-Wood Forest Products used in the cult of Regla de Ocha, the most popular afrocuban cults, are identified, and the net income in considerate from the commercialization of one of the significant level products in the cult, according the Germosen-Robineau methodology. In the Farm is reported the existence of 14 NWFPs of application in the cult, being mostly represented the following products: leaves, sticks, roots, barks and the foliage. The statistical analysis defines elements to establish a sustainable management for products. The obtained results express the productive possibilities of the Farm, the contribution to the generation of revenues for the farmer and the satisfaction of necessities of certain social groups in the religious context.
