Velázquez-Viera, Digna Composite board wood extracts tanning agents slash disposal cement Tableros compuestos extractos de madera extractos tánicos tratamientos de los cortes cemento En la actualidad las innovaciones tecnológicas permiten la creación, producción y generación de productos con valor agregado para fomentar la protección del medio ambiente a partir de la planificación de los operaciones forestales; pero en la mayoría de los países latinoamericanos esta práctica no se realiza de forma sistemática como estrategia empresarial para elevar la rentabilidad de las inversiones. En Cuba los residuos de los tratamientos silviculturales, tales como los raleos, presentan bajo valor mercantil en las empresas forestales, por lo que se impone buscar alternativas para su reutilización en tecnologías con valor agregado. El objetivo del trabajo es evaluar la aptitud de los residuos de raleo de tres especies forestales para las tecnologías de tableros mineralizados a través de un estudio de la composición química de algunos compuestos químicos de las partículas leñosas. the present time the technological innovations allow the creation, production, and generation of products with added value to foment the protection of the environment starting from the planning of the forest operations, but in most of the Latin American countries this practice is not carried out in a systematic way as managerial strategy to elevate the success of the investments. In Cuba, the residuals of the forest treatments such as the thinning, present low commercial value in the forest companies, for what is imposed to look for alternatives for their re-use in technologies with added value. The objective of the work is to evaluate the aptitude of the residuals of thinning of three forest species for the technologies of mineral bonded wood cement composite boards through a study of the chemical composition of some chemical compounds of the woody particles.
