Inoculación con esporas de Inocybe sp. Para posturas de Pinus caribaea var. Caribaea Ferrer Grau, Anairad Herrera Figueroa, Sara Cabrera Nevot, Teresa Gómez, Lourdes - - Se estudió la influencia de diferentes fuentes de inóculo ectomicorrizógeno sobre el crecimiento de posturas de Pinus caribaea var. caribaea. Las variantes experimentales consistieron en inóculo estéril, micorriza natural de suelo de pinar y esporas de Inocybe sp. Los valores promedio su- periores de diámetro, peso seco foliar y radical de las posturas correspondieron a la aplicación con esporas de Inocybe sp., aunque no hubo diferencias significativas para la infección micorrizógena entre las fuentes de inoculación. Se recomienda la inoculación con esporas de Inocybe sp. como fuente alternativa para obtener una simbiosis ectomicorrizógena que proporcionará beneficios para el desarrollo y establecimiento de Pinus caribaea var. caribaea en el país. The influence of different sources of ectomycorrhizal inoculum on the growth of seedlings of Pinus caribaea var. caribaea was studied. The researched variants included: sterile inoculum, natural mycorrhiza from soil beneath under plantations and spores of Inocybe sp. The higher average values of the diameter as well as leaf and root dry weight of the seedlings were obtained as result of the application of spores of Inocybe sp. although there were not significant differences for the mycorrhizal infection among the inoculation sources. The inoculation with spores of Inocybe sp. as alternative source in order to obtain an ectomycorrhizal symbiosis that should provided benefits for the development and establishment of Pinus caribaea var. caribaea within the country is recommended.
