Modelling of the mean diameter grow of Pinus cubensis Griseb in Integral Forest Enterprise Baracoa
Main Article Content
Abstract
With the objective of predicting the growth of the mean diameter in plantations of Pinus cubensis Griseb in Integral Forest Enterprise Baracoa, eight models of non-linear regression were evaluated, using samples obtained from the Bootstrap. The model of the best goodness of fit for the mean diameter was that of Hossfeld I (modified) with appropriate statistical values and describing the best the biological performance of the species. The curves describing the evolution in time of the annual mean increment (IMA), and the annual periodical increment (ICA) of this variable are provided.
