Importancia de la aplicación dual hongo micorrízico-bacteria en una especie forestal de interés económico

Resumen

Se investigó la influencia de la aplicación de las bacterias Bacillus subtilis y Pseudomonas fluorescens sobre el crecimiento y micorrización de posturas  de Swietenia macrophylla x mahagoni. Se probaron los siguientes tratamientos: Glomus mosseae, Glomus mosseae +  Bacillus subtilis,  Glomus  mosseae + Pseudomonas fluorescens y testigo, para evaluar la altura, peso seco foliar, peso seco radical, infección micorrizógena y micelio exter- no por agregación del suelo a la raíz. Se obtuvo que la aplicación de Glomus mosseae + Bacillus subtilis y Glomus mosseae + Pseudomonas fluorescens fueron los mejo- res tratamientos, al superar significativamente a la adición de Glomus mosseae y el testigo para todos los caracteres de crecimiento y el desarrollo del micelio externo.
