Abstract
A trial, using 5 solutions as dissolvents and three types of soil with different textures, was mounted to investigate the differences between various procedures for the determination of pH using a potentiometer, and to train the laboratory personnel of the C 1C F. On the basis of the results obtained, it was decided to utilize two methods in the future: boiled distilled water and I N ClK, with boiled distilled water.
