Bacteriology quality in the air of the Research Institute of Agroforesty
Main Article Content
Abstract
Because the studies carried out in the Institute of Agro-forestry Research on the quality of indoor air and the clinical importance of the pathogenesis caused by the different microorganisms contained in it are insipient, the objectives of this work were: Determine the microbiota of the air in ten premises of the Institute of Agro-Forestry Research and know the levels of microbial contamination. In the microbiological analysis, a gravimetric sedimentation method was used as described by Omeliansky. The premises were classified as uncontaminated, low-contaminated and highly contaminated, according to the colony-forming units per cubic meter of air according to the scale proposed by the Fishing Branch Standard.
