Abstract
Del 13 al 17 de abril de 2015 se efectuará en nuestro país la Convención Internacional Agroforestal, que abarcará el VI Congreso Forestal de Cuba, el II Congreso Internacional de Café y Cacao y el VI Encuentro Internacional de Jóvenes Investigadores.
El intercambio de experiencias con la comunidad científica vinculada a las actividades forestales, de café y de cacao para promover e incrementar la cooperación nacional e internacional, además de fomentar la incorporación de los jóvenes, son aspectos que contribuyen a asegurar nuestro compromiso hacia un futuro económico, social y ambientalmente sostenible para las actuales y futuras generaciones y, por consiguiente, regirán todo el desarrollo de esta Convención.
Será un marco idóneo para valorar nuestros avances y cómo enfrentar los retos al abordar los cambios y establecer las prioridades que requieren las investigaciones.
