Water quality influence by thinning, at the alturas de pizarras, Pinar del Río
Main Article Content
Abstract
Also as it is another basic resource for life and forest ecosystem play important role in its natural cycle, one must protect the forest vegetation in order to keep it available for the society, the main objective of this paper deal with influence of thinning of pine plantation on water quality after 5 years in two small catchment (one witness) determining ionic. The main conclusion indicated that thinning on pine plantation modify physical and chemical water composition with tendency to diminishing bicarbonate, calcium, total soluble solids and increased sulphates.
