Focus of handling of climatic risk for the reduction of disasters and adaptation to the climatic change in coastal areas
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this work they are given to know results obtained in combined projects among scientific institutions, ONGs that propitiated financing, the local governments and the involved coastal communities, what facilitated to obtain the necessary information on diagnostic biophysical and the valuation of environmental impacts with a view to proposing stages for the process of handling of analysis of risks with administration integrated in coastal areas, where the local communities play a preponderant paper. The successful reforestation of the ecosystem swamp is the key factor in the mitigation of the climatic risk in the coastal area where these are.
