Abstract
The possibilities of establishment of a plant of wood mineralized blocks are studied that has basic inputs the use of wood residuals of the sawmill industries starting from a financial economic study. The cost of production of the end product was determined as well as the international economic indicators: net up-todate Value (VAN) and rate interns of return (TIR). It is concluded that it is an attractive project since from the financial economic point of view because the investment recovers at one cheats very brief and discharge benefits are obtained it estimates for the local population.
