Registro de localización de especies forestales protegidas para su conservación in situ. Región de Baracoa

Abstract
Based on the Regulation of the Forest Law of 1999, in their Seventh Section on the prohibitions and limitations of pruning of the arboreal species, the search of species was attacked protected in the region of Baracoa, country of Guantánamo. The prospecting and localization of the species was carried out in the natural forests of the town, it was carried out the consultation in the herbarium of the Ecology and Systematic Institute of and in National Botanical Garden to verify the species and surveys to the residents of the place. As a result 12 species were located in different towns facilitating the collection of fruits that they guarantee the execution of works it has more than enough germination and handling of fruits and seeds, allowing this way the propagation and conservation of these species in the region.
