Presencia de Callophyllum antiullanum (ocuje) Britt en algunos territorios de la capital

Abstract
The urban green areas offer numerous environmental and social services that contribute to increase the quality of life of the cities. It is analyzed in this work the forest situation in some urban areas of the capital with the objective of studying the potential contribution of the ocuje (Callophyllum antiullanum Britt) to the green spaces of the capital of parks, gardens and private fields. The benefits of utilitarian character are presented that can offer the inhabitants of the capital the establishment of the proposed species, as well as some rules to improve their integration with the urban planning. It was observed that the Ocuje presents good occurrence frequency in the environmental units studied and the lowest registrations were identified in the quarter of the municipalities Plaza and West- Havana.
