Abstract
Se presenta una información preliminar en relación con la abundancia relativa del yaguasín (Dendrocygna bicolor) con respecto a otras especies de la familia Anatidae que inciden en los campos de arroz durante el cultivo de invierno. La fase de desarrollo vegetativo y la floración de dicho cultivo, coinciden con la mayor abundancia relativa de estas especies. Se concluye que la conjugación de la caza deportiva selectiva debe analizarse exhaustivamente para el mejor manejo y desarrollo de la actividad agrícola y cinegética en el período de invierno.
