Review Articles

Short communications

Editorial
An editorial or introduction reflects the viewpoint of the editorial board or invited experts on relevant issues in the discipline, or serves as a presentation of a journal issue or section. It does not contain original research and is subject only to editorial review, not to double-blind peer review.
Case Report
A case report describes particular situations, experiences, or professional practices that provide relevant insights for the field. They usually present a unique or unusual case with discussion of theoretical or practical implications. These manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
Technical Note
A technical note reports methodological innovations, procedures, tools, or practical applications that improve research or practice in a specific area. It is shorter than an original article and focuses on specific technical aspects. These manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
Letter to the Editor
A letter to the editor is a short text in which readers comment on, critique, or add to articles previously published in the journal, or raise reflections on topics of general interest in the field. Its purpose is to foster academic debate. These contributions are subject only to editorial review, not to double-blind peer review.
